The vascular prosthetic is manufactured from polyester silk at a density of 25 stitches and 36 rows per cm. with a 15-50% shrinkage capacity. Pref. the material can be all high shrinkage capacity or a mixture of normal and high shrinkage polyester silk to provide the correct ratio between porosity and density.
