Binary mixture prepn - with densimeter control of metering values for lower density liquid

The concn. of the mixture is automatically adjusted by circulating a liquid of higher density from a tank with a max. and min. level control and by adding the liquid with the lower density in a mixing pipe length through coarse and fine metering valves. A densimeter is supplied with a side stream of the circuit and adjusts the metering valves automatically. Process liquid can be discharged only when the proper concentration has been reached.
