Coccidiostatic and nematocidal nitrobenzoylaziridines (I): where R=H, C1-7 alkyl, lower alkoxy or halogen; R1, R2, R3, R4 = H, Ph or C1-4 alkyl; n = 1 or 2, provided that at least one of R, R1, R2, R3, R4 is NOT H, and not more than two of R1, R2, R3, R4 is Ph. A preferred feed composition contains 0.01 - 0.03 wt. % of 1-3 parts 1-(3,5-dinitro-o-toluyl)aziridine combined with 1-3 parts tetraethylthiuramdisulphide. Preparation is by condensing the corresp. acylhalide with the appropriate ethylene imine.
