Cold water-soluble solid product (I) is prepd. by spray drying of hot and/or mineral springs water. (I) contains various components e.g. alkali(ne earth) metal ions. NH4+, FE2+, Fe3+, Mn2+, Al3+ and is esp. used in the hot and/or mineral springs cure. Product, and therapeutic activity, is useful in cosmetics, and as an additive in bath or soft drink water.
