PROCESS FOR PRODUCING BASIC ZIRCONIUM SULFATE AND ZIRCONIA FROM SODIUM SILICOZIRCONATE

摘要

Sodium silicozirconate is treated with dilute hydrochloric acid at a temperature of 20 DEG -60 DEG C., the concentration of the acid being subject to specified maxima (varying with temperature) to give a stable colloidal silica solution, and precipitating zirconium sulphate therefrom in a known way.
