Road marking tape - of thermoplastic material spread over woven glass fibre carrier

The molten coloured thermoplastic material, with a suitable adhesive additive, is spread over the carrier of woven glass or siliconised paper to be wound in a roll which is partially immersed in a bath of warm water. The adhesive migrates to the outside giving a material which can be laid to the road surface and the carrier peeled off, giving a marking which will remain in place, and which will not be affected by weather or changes of temp.
