Small effluent clarification plant - with settling and aeration tanks assembled from modular units

Clarifying plant comprises a preclarification tank for the mechanical sepn. of solids, followed by an aeration tank where air is introduced at the bottom through perforated tubes. A final clarification tank is fitted with an anti-turbulence shaft at the inlet; it is designed as half a funnel. A pump recycles the sedimented sludge from the final tank to the aeration tank.
