Pipeline - with core pipe, braided layer, cover pipe - and channels between core pipe and braided layer

Pipeline for gaseous or liquid media, which are under a high or medium pressure, and have a high vapour pressure consits of a core pipe, a layer of braided filaments, and a cover pipe of impermeable material. Between the core pipe and the braided layer are arranged =1 channels for receiving and guiding medium which has diffused through the wall of the core pipe. The channels extend over the whole length of the pipe and end in a chamber connected to the end of the pipeline. The channel consists of twisted threads of natural fibres, such as cotton, or hemp, of synthetic fibres, such as polyester, polyamide or regenerated cellulose, or of twisted metal wires.
