Sepn of coarse particles - continuous, angle iron grid belt avoids wedging of particles

The separation plant esp. for materials from dredging plants consists of a continuous grid belt running over =2 rotating polygonal drums. The grid is made up from a multitude of links incorporating fish plates separated by angle iron sections provided with two further cantilevered angle irons whereby the angle iron sections are arranged in a roof-like manner, reducing the wedding of particles. Wedging is finally avoided by a lifting plate, the drum construction and the lifting of the cantilevered angles off the next link.
