Spreader trolley - for uniform distribution of loose material on plane horizontal surfaces

Spreader trolley, esp. for spreading malting grain on the kiln floor, has a trough which can be rotated by drive gears about a transverse shaft as the trolley moves along over the rectangular floor to and from a loading position below an intermediate dispenser trough within which is a worm conveyor, spaced further from the base of the dispenser than for a normal horizontal worm conveyor. The dispenser has hinged sides with bent over sections forming the floor and these are opened and closed by linear actuators.
