Bullet proof tank plate - with steel fibre felt and polyurethane foam core between steel sheets

The plate comprises two steel sheets each 0.1-100 mm thick enclosing a compsn. core 1-100 mm thick of steel fibre felt and polyurethane foam. Pref. the steel fibres can be mixed with other plastics as well as, or instead of polyurethane. Flexible non-metals i.e. rubber PVC or synthetic fibre fabric, knits or felt can be used instead of the steel plates.
