Fish beheading machine - with twin spring loaded guide rails leading to the knives

The fish is suspended head down vertically and guided by a pair of guides pressing against it below the "shoulder blades" i.e. by the fins as actuated by springs so that there is a component of force in the direction of motion of the fish which passes towards a pair of rotating knives in the same plane. A separate conveyor mechanism is dispensed with and the fish is not deflected from the vertical.
