The bottom surface 22 of the mount is substantially flush with the bottom surface of the flange 16 except for a bead 24 which is integral with the mount and overlaps the outer edge of the flange, thereby securing the mount to the flange. The bead is continuous and extends around the entire periphery of the flange 16. The mount 18 is formed by casting onto the flange.
