The panel strips clip over shoulders 28 on the flanges. Base portions 22 are spaced or abutting and are secured by screws (36) or fixed by a clamping member at the end of the beam. The carrier beam is secured by bolts to a mounting beam 14 welded to wall piece 10. The beams 4 are horizontal or may be inclined by adjusting bolts 18 on opposite sides of a cross-piece (56, Fig. 2, not shown) on the beam. A slider holder (48) is also provided in Fig. 3 (not shown). The panel strips may be mounted on the top of the carrier beam. The structure forms a sun-screen, or with the beams vertical a building facade.
