The holder and dispenser for toilet seat covers has a front which flaps up, a dispensing slot at the bottom, and at least one centering pin at the back. A spring-loaded, movable holder is for the seat covers which are stacked up parallel to the back (25) of the holder. The holders can be moved on vertical axles. Theback of the holder has an air-circulating flange (27) at the top and bottom of the support. A flexible insertion piece with a wedge shaped or circular cross-section is on the inside of the holder. The back has at least one attachment (26) for an air purifier (LV) hidden on the back above the holders.
