Appts for beheading and gutting of fish comprises a rotating feed table with reception troughs, two vertically arranged rotating disc cutters, two vertically arranged rotating vane-type cutters and a rotating cylindrical cutter, which are distributed along the periphery of the feed table. In particular, the vane-type cutters have a profile end surface having the form of the outer edge of the rotating feed table and one of the cutters lies closely against the edge. The appts. is less complex, more compact and has a wider range of use than conventional equipment.
