Acircular tank of conventional type with a floating assembly of aerators in a star shape, mounted on a frame which slides up and down a central shaft with the rise and fall of the water level, has conical base and close to the base the inlets to the suction pipes of the individual pumps end. The aerators are of the injection type and the delivery pipes from their motor driven pumps are tangential to the wall of the tank, below the water level, pointing at a downward slope. Each has a separate air inlet suction pipe and the motors are switched independently either by a timing relay or by a float switch according to the water level.
