The mix consists, by weight, of 20 parts water, 10 parts cottage cheese (curdled skimmed milk), 2 parts hens' eggs and 0.2 parts of carob cornflour. It is completely homogenized. Versatility, cheapness, health preserving. Normally make up in standard quantity each part by weight being 100 grammes. A breakfast recipe comprises 1000g. curdled skimmed milk, 200g. hens' eggs, 2000g. water and 16g. carob cornflour as the basic mix and 100g. condensed milk, 140g. flour, 250g. butter, 15g. seasonings, 4800g. hens' eggs and 1700g. bacon as the other ingredients.
