The condensers are short-circuited and carried by a conveyor wire running between earthed rollers. Epoxide resin powder is charged to 70-100k V and blown on to the condensers. Excess resin is removed by a suction jet and reused. The resin coating is fused by an i.r heater. A heated tool scores resin on the terminal wires which is removed by a brushing device. The coated condensers are finally passed through an oven to cure the epoxide resin and cut off the conveyor wire.
