Title esters have formula R1-CZ-NR2-CH2-PO(Or3)2 (in which R1 and R2 independently are (cyclo- or ar-)aliphatic or aromatic gps. or H which together with the adjacent carbonamido gp can form a heterocycle; or R1 can be -ZR4, -NR5R6 r -NR6-CH2-PO(OR3)3; the R3 gps. independently or together are aliphatic gps; R4, R5 and R6 independently are aliphatic or aromatic gps, or R5 and R6 can also be H,R4 and R2 and the adjacent carbamate gp. or R6 and R2 and the adjacent ureido gp. can form a heterocycle; Z is O or S). A large no. of these esters can be obtd in better yield and purity than in the reaction of urea derivs. with dialkyl phosphites and the reaction proceeds very smoothly.
