Cracked gas desulphurization and drying system - separates higher hydrocarbons and moisture before continuing compression

Wet cracked gases are desulphurised and dried prior to decomposn. by removing a part higher hydrocarbons and their moisture by compressing and cooling. The gaseous residual lower hydrocarbons are desulphurised and dried either before or after a second compression stage. A glycol scrubber or an adsorption column are used for the drying process. No pre-separation is required.
