The compsn. consists of 20-80 wt.% trinitrophenylethanol nitramine nitrate (pentryl), 12-72 wt.% trinitrophenylmethyl nitramine (tetryl) and 3-10 wt.% cyclotrimethylene trinitramine (hexogen) opt. in admixt. with pentacrythritol tetramitrate, cyclotrimethylene trinitramine, cyclotetramethylene tetranitramine and/or metallic fuels.
