In an appts. for the prodn. of hollow articles, partic. blow-moulded plastic bottles, consisting of a two-part, closable hollow mould which can move between a reception station associated with the injection nozzle of an extruder and a blow-moulding and mould ejection station associated with a two-part reception body movable with the hollow mould, for the delivery of the hollow article released from the open mould to equipment downstream, the two parts of the reception body are mounted centrally below the hollow mould and can be moved oppositely to the opening and closing motion of the two mould halves. Spec. the reception body is associated with an opening and closing drive mechanism.
