Stuffed pancakes mfr and preservation - vacuum sealed recipients

Method of mfr of pancakes is the same as parent patent. In the present process the cooked pancakes are placed in transparent or opaque plastic material impermeable to air. The recipients are then sealed in vacuo. A pasteurisation process is effected after sealing to improve the preservation. The pancakes may be packed with or without sauce. Other sterilisation and preservation processes may be employed such as freezing, deep-freezing dehydration and freeze-drying. In these cases the pancakes are previously packed in leak-proof packages.
