This simple, robust, portable rack comprises two vertical, rectangular, side plates joined by horizontal, round or octagonal and preferably perforated shelves, to form several similar shelf pockets. The top and an intermediate shelf can be made hollow to reinforce the rack and to provide lifting slots for the forks of a forklife truck, particularly one with rotatine forks. One man handles several cheese simultaneously, and racks can be stacked to save floor space.
