Unisex trousers have each leg formed from =3 substantially symmetrical panels secured together along longitudinal seams such that each leg has a polygonal (e.g. triangular or rectangular) cross-section. At the upper end the trouser legs are secured together along a seam extending down the front of the trousers, under the crotch and up the back to the waist band and pref. the trousers incorporate a sliding clasp fastener fly.
