Medicinal pill for treatment of digestive ailments has a central core of eserine and CaCO3 enveloped by a slowly dissolving material and then coated with a mixt. of cpds. compensating gastric secretory deficiency. The envelope is pref. a mixt. of polyvinylpyrrolidone and Mg stearate. The coating is pref. of glutamic acid, HCl, pepsin and papain.
