Blades are in the downward part, and extend beyond the cheek, to modify the fluid flow and to form a spray when the vortex is formed. Pref. the upper part also has three radial blades which extend beyond the cheek and are offset by a given angle from the lower blades. The upper blades initiate the spray to permit an easier absorption of O2 from the atmos.
