A disc with 10 radial holes, 9 of which are blind, and one of which communicates with a central axial hole, is rotatably mounted in a cylindrical housing which also has 10 radial holes. By rotating the disc the central inlet can communicate with any one of the 10 holes in the body. The remaining 9 holes in the body are sealed by balls pressed against O-rings by springs housed in the 9 blind holes in the disc.
