The apparatus for hamburger manufacture consists of a filling apparatus (1) incorporating a reservoir filled with minced meat with a cover plate (3) above. The reservoir has a pipe (6) attached to the side of the reservoir and, through an elbow bend, to the inlet opening (7) of the transverse blade (12). In the blade (12) are a pair of shaped openings (13, 14) on which the hamburger is formed by a hydraulic mechanism.
