A first disc (1) turns freely about an axis and is divided radially into segments, each with surfaces intersecting the axis on which questions with reference markings, e.g. numbers, are given. Each segment has an identifying sign such as a letter along the disc periphery. A second disc rotates about the axis, having signs along the periphery agreeing with those on the first one, and is covered and set to an adjustable sign. It too has radiating segments with parallel compartments like the first one, and which contain the answers to the questions on the latter. Closable openings are provided in the cover of the second disc, their size and positioning corresponding with the compartments of a segment of the latter disc.
