The examples describe (i) the hydroreforming of n-heptane at 520‹ C., 1 atmosphere pressure, a LHSV of 0À5 or 2 and a hydrogen/heptane molar ratio of 18 : 1 or 5 : 1 to give a specified range of products, and (ii) the hydroreforming of a charge of boiling range 76-151‹ C. of specified composition at 480‹ C., a LHSV of 2 and hydrogen/hydrocarbon molar ratio of 5 : 1.
