To prepare compounds of the formula (I) IMAGE having the radicals R1, R2 and R defined in Patent Claim 1, compounds of the formula (XII) IMAGE are reacted with a reducing agent. The compounds obtained exhibit activities of pharmacological interest in the trans-structures. They can be employed as tranquillisers and analgesics.
