Fully immersed hydrofoil with automatic lift adjuster - has support with air flow regulating channels for sensitive adjustment

The fully immersed hydrofoil is used for stabilising a boat on the water surface. The hydrofoil with automatic adjustment ensures that the boat does not suddenly lose its buoyancy when travelling through the waves. The hydrofoil immersion depth is adjusted in relation to the water surface. The hydrofoil 1 is held by a vertical support 5 under the water level. The vacuum generated at the rear of the hydrofoil draws additional air and causes separation between the water flow and the hydrofoil. This occurs when the foil approaches the water surface and the air inlet in the support is open and the air outlet is activated. The consequent loss of lift is avoided by arranging the air outlet hole 4 close to the hydrofoil trailing edge.
