Dispenser for wet tissue sections for anal hygiene - has a hinged tear-off bar coupled to a water valve

The dispenser is charged with a roll of cellulose tissue of high wet strength. The tissue passes around a cylinder, through a dispense slot and past a hinged tear-off bar. The latter is coupled to a valve in a hot or cold water supply. The water is fed to a distributor which soaks the passing tissue strip. The wet tissue is intended to be used after normal dry lavatory paper. Strips of approx. 17 cm are drawn from dispenser. Moisturizing nozzle with 3.5 mm aperture is screwed into sleeve of 7 mm bore, and nozzle in case of blockage may be pierced steel wire.
