Aerodynamic craft acting as boat and hover craft - with flat aerodynamic plate to replace conventional wings

The flat plate has a low width to length ratio and opposite side edges of the plate carry sections, to enclose a banked-up water space. The sections extend from the connection point at the edges, downwards to a lower edge. This edge is on a common level with the rear edge of the plate, and in a longitudinal direction it extends parallel to the plate side edges. On the top surface of the plate is mounted a symmetrically positioned vertical fin at the rear end. Drive units are supported by uprights above the plate.
