Colour-printed deep-drawable thermoplastics sheet - with colour layers beneath transparent facing sheet bonded with thermoplast

In making a colour-printed, deformable plastics semi-finished prod, esp. for subsequent 3-D deep-drawing, a clear thermoplastics sheet is printed on the back in three or more successive printing operations with thin layers of different colours; the colours contain a thermoplastically deformable binding agent which will bond to the thermoplastics sheet, so that when the rear face of this sheet is pressed onto a thermoplastics support matl., it adheres to it. The deformations caused in deep-drawing are accepted without cracking or damage.
