The cell elements are assembled on a rectangular grid plan, with load-bearing structure comprising corner columns and horizontal beams. The grid zones are laid out as squares with the corner columns, whose cross-sections do not exceed the intersecting surface square, set in the intersections of the intervening link zones, the width of the latter pref. corresponds to the grid base module, with zones width as an exact multiple of this. Storeyed development pref. progresses on the same principle, with corner beams in the link zone intersections. The system is flexible, with additions possible in any direction.
