Vstol aircraft with improved forward speed - with streamline circular fuselage with forward thrusters and encircling rotor

The streamlined fuselage is provided with short wing surfaces on either side to form a circular shape from above. A ring shaped rotor is fitted around the craft powered by two thrusters mounted on opposite sides of the craft. The separate wing sections of the rotor can be tilted to control vertical lift, or can be feathered for forward flight. Another two thrusters are mounted on either side of the fuselage for forward thrust. The aircraft combines the vertical control of a helicopter with the forward speed of a conventional aircraft.
