Steel hangar roof structure double-T stringers - with suspension comprising struts vertically braced on centre stems

The roofing incorporates a buckling-proof and stable eaves edge and parallel mutually suspended double-T roof stringers. The pressure-struts, supported against the centre stems of these, run in a straight line from the eaves edge to a ridge, and are pref. tubular units with ends on bolts fitted to the centre stems by welding, pressing or screwing, and they may have a lengthways slit-type recess at one or both ends. Stringer suspension can be quickly and simply effected without risk of damage, and allows cutting to length on site.
