Labour-saving, dough dividing machine - controlling feed to filler funnel by photoelectric barrier

A dough dividing machine has above its filler funnel another funnel of greater capacity. The dough is transferred between the two by a pair of rollers with a capacity higher than that of the dough dividing machine. A photoelectric sensor is arranged above the edge of the lower funnel and cuts out the transport roller motor when the dough rises above the edge. Device saves the manual labour for filling the funnel. Hand filling requires a sprinkling of flour over the dough balls to prevent sticking, which may lead to parting faces in the dough.
