The clock mechanism is located behind a display surface whiih has a central aperture for the clock drive, with the surface carrying a stack of removable paper sheets, each corresponding to one day in the year, or being made from plastics which can be marked to denote the data, and the markings subsequently erased. The clock drive is connected to hour and minute hands with the hour hand being broader than the minute hand and pref. diamond shaped. The clock face may be covered by a transparent dome.
