The electro vacuum high frequency system has a particle beam and a deflection circuit operating at the frequency of the input signal. There is a ring resonator with slits for passing the deflected particles to a collector and an output for the electromagnetic high frequency power. An accelerator tube is inserted between the particle gun and the deflection system which will impart relationistic energy to the particle beam. The ring resonator is fitted with a circuit for generating a constant field which will compensate the high frequency magnetic field of the travelling wave on its passage through the resonator space. The edges of the slits are made from a conducting material and are electrically connected to the surface of the resonator.
