The needle induces healing by artificially induced exanthema and has a needle plate in a needle head and is driven by an electromechanical vibration generator. A needle head slide can be displaced in or against the stitch direction by an adjuster, for fine adjustment of the penetration. Pref. the needle head, a foot section and vibration generator are a single integral unit. The needle plate in the head has a row of needles. There is a metallic electroplated non-rusting coating. The head is opened by removal of the closure cover and the plate can be removed or reinserted. The appts. is easy to manipulate.
