Safety regulator for a household central heating plant connected to district heating mains, with change of amt. of heating medium giving the heat removal, has a regulating element in a housing moved, after setting stable press. drops by hand and/or with regulating elements, automatically, e.g. directly by air-conditioning or room temp. pulse such that a variable, fixed settable max. passage opening can be controlled at will, and each intermediate position gives a preset opening down to the closed position.
