The decision circuit includes a transducer mechanically coupled to the moving machine part and which supplies a voltage dependant on the parameters of the path of movement of the machine path. The transducer is coupled via a three line signal link to an analysing circuit. This has a resistance chain formed from several identical resistors across which two lines of the signal link are connected, the other line connected to comparator also connected to two intermediate points of the resistance chain. The comparator is connected to an output amplifier supplying digital signals to two output terminals.
