Camera viewfinder system - has hollow mirror to image viewfinder frame into viewfinder image plane

Flat photographic camera has a hollow mirror fitted between the front lens, rigidly fitted to teh longitudinally extendable housing cover the displaceable at 90 deg. to the optical axis of the imaging objective, and the viewfinder eyepiece lens, which is pivoted to the cover; the mirror images an image-limiting frame on the eyepiece lens into the viewfinder image plane. Preferably the hollow mirror has a middle opening corresponding to the image field, for passage of the viewfinder light beam, and is pivotably mounted on the housing part, cover, or camera housing. A sharp image frame is provided in the viewfinder field, without reducing the viewfinder beam intensity.
