A system for loading bobbins and yarn creels into a dyeing unit has a number of support studs, each of which can link the charge by a keyed bonding to a drive. The charge can be rotated through 180 degrees so that it can be built up by successive yarn creels from the base, with simple release for inserting the prepared charge into the dyeing unit.
