Tilting table or pallet for mfr. of prefabricated concrete parts consists of a base frame with a working plate above it and shakers attached to it; the base frame consists of 2 wide-flange main longitudinal beams as double-T profiles, and crossbeams, connected to them with gusset plates interposed. The ratio of the static moment of resistance of each main beam and the square of the respective length of the working plate is 0.13-0.15 cm. Each main longitudinal beam has a vibrator flanged onto an end plate on the head side, with its drive shaft at 90 deg. to the web of this beam, so that the vibratory energy is applied only vertically. The whole structure of the table is based on known technology.
