A flash provision for a camera, uses a large number of percussion ignited flash-bulbs arranged on an endless band, with provision to fit the normal flash-cube socket of the camera and ensure the use of the lamps in succession. The device has a housing containing the foot, the ignition system and leaving a hollow space into which the lamps are inserted in a separate container supporting the lamps on their endless band. There is a mechanical linkage to ensure drive of the band from the rotation of the foot so that each bulb in succession can be ignited and emit light through the window.
